CBRS solution to increase your use case availability on CBRS spectrum

Nokia CBRS solution is a fully integrated private wireless solution utilizing shared spectrum only available in the US. Thanks to the integrated Domain Proxy, this solution manages the Citizens Broadband Radio Service Devices (CBSDs) and communicates with Spectrum Access Systems (SAS) on their behalf by aggregating CBRS band signalling traffic from the CBSDs

The Domain Proxy supports high availability mode by leveraging our Bell Labs redundancy feature, which monitors the connectivity to the primary and secondary SASs, and routing traffic based on the availability of each SAS. If neither SAS is available, the integrated local SAS keeps the CBSDs authorized until the primary or the secondary SAS is available again.

How does the CBRS solution work?

The Domain Proxy application is deployed on Nokia MX Industrial Edge as a cloud native software. It features a local SAS component to provide extra redundancy in case both SAS connections are down. It also includes an easy-to-use GUI that is integrated with Nokia DAC manager. Comprising CBRS certified CSDBs, a DAC private wireless 4.9G/5G core network and the pre-integrated SAS connections, this is a fully integrated CBRS private wireless solution for your use case needs.
